ItsSo Travel joined Global Travel Group in late 2015 and it has proved to be a fantastic decision for our business. We came into this with some travel experience behind us but the support, systems and supplier relationships of Global Travel Group have elevated our agency to the next level.
From the initial training to the setting up of suppliers and the ongoing support and accounts functions, the process has become very easy. The main advantage for us of being part of Global is being able to run our business the way we want to. We have complete ownership of our clients and can operate in the way that suits us.
All this with the knowledge that the team at Global Travel Group are there to support us should we need them, which we often have done! The marketing support is very good also.
