Meet Your Business Development Team
As Business Development Managers, Lorna, Pat and Steve are on hand to help you to nurture your new business.
When you become part of the Independent Travel Experts family, you will be assigned a Business Development Manager depending on where in the UK you are based. Lorna, Pat and Steve will conduct your initial induction training and will set you on your path to becoming a successful homeworker in the travel industry.
Your Business Development Manager is available to help you with your daily queries. They are the faces behind Teamtalk, our closed Facebook group, and they also hold quarterly regional meetings for continued professional development and a chance to socialise with your colleagues.

As Sales Manager, it is my role to support you in all aspects of sales and operations. I also support the Business Development Managers in helping you grow and develop your business.
I worked in travel for 16 years starting in retail for First Choice. I then worked for a number of tour operators in managerial roles in their sales performance and customer service teams.
As Operations Manager, it is my role to ensure that the day-to-day operations side of the business runs smoothly. I am on hand to help you with supplier payment queries, banking queries and chasing overdue balances.
I have been in travel for the last 25 years, starting off in business travel for 10 years before moving on to operational roles in leisure.
