I have worked in the travel industry nearly 40 years both in retail and business travel. I currently own Tivoli Travel, we are a high street agency based in the West Yorkshire area which includes four shops and a homeworking division.
I joined Global Travel Group back in 2016, mainly because I liked the set up. The fact you can run your own show with the support and backup from finance and marketing as well as transitioning from a home worker a to a high street agency interested me.
I like that we have great support network from Global; their training sessions and corporate events are a welcome break from being in the office and getting to meet up with other members is a massive plus.

We have used the brochure distribution that Global offer, whereby groups of supermarkets were sent stocks of brochures produced by Global with our contacts details inside – this is all included as part of the membership and would of cost a small fortune if we were going to do it ourselves.
Overall I would rate Global’s customer service and membership as a whole 10/10!
