Tickets Travel is a small award-winning independent agency based in Bexley established in 1981, with a total of four staff.
Back in the day when we joined (so long ago, I can’t remember the year), it was tough to be an independent agent; rules and regulations change rapidly, problems of all sorts arise unexpectedly and having the back up of an organisation that has your interests at heart was, and still is key. On top of this, they (Worldchoice) negotiated extra commissions and overrides that as a single shop, we would never have been able to achieve. Worldchoice was then a much smaller group of like-minded agents, it has changed and evolved successfully to become The Travel Network Group, but has not lost sight of the importance of its members.
Being a member brings peace of mind, security and a mine of useful information that is easily accessible at the drop of an email or call – invaluable when you are busy trying to run a business.
Marketing is used annually to produce our show posters and leaflets – this is now a key part of our business and has grown over the years since we started them in 2017.
Customer service is great! Most interactions these days in life are problematic – customer service seems to be a thing of the past wherever you go, so it is great that The Travel Network Group have kept their service levels up and can be relied upon.
